Pocket Avatars
Using a proprietary facial tracking algorithm, Pocket Avatars allows users to use their mobile camera to track facial expressions and lip movements in real-time, and map them to a wide selection of 3D Avatars. Recorded Avatar messages can then be shared through in-app messaging, email, and social media. My Task: To update the initial UI and UX, increase ease of use and functionality, while bringing together two different primary features (avatar video creation and messaging), marrying them into a cohesive app.
